I scheduled an appointment after several attempts to reach them by phone with no response. My appointment was set for a week later, and the person I spoke with assured me they would match the Groupon price for my Mercedes CLA. After taking all my information, I arrived promptly at 8 a.m. on the appointment day, only to be told the technician wasn’t in—and that they could no longer honor the quoted price. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. It shows a lack of consideration for customers’ time and poor communication. I wouldn’t recommend a place that treats appointments and pricing so carelessly.
