Helix Auto Center is hands down one of the most honest mechanic shops I’ve been to. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me, and the work was done right the first time. Fair pricing and great customer service. Highly recommend.

Had a Groupon and used it without issue, gave one year warranty on alignment. Before work was completed, an issue was shown to me with a price to fix. Repair was completed in very short time.

I scheduled an appointment after several attempts to reach them by phone with no response. My appointment was set for a week later, and the person I spoke with assured me they would match the Groupon price for my Mercedes CLA. After taking all my information, I arrived promptly at 8 a.m. on the appointment day, only to be told the technician wasn’t in—and that they could no longer honor the quoted price. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. It shows a lack of consideration for customers’ time and poor communication. I wouldn’t recommend a place that treats appointments and pricing so carelessly.
