I did a Groupon for an oil change. They failed to tightly secure my oil filter ; all the oil drained out. I had to purchase 4 quarts of oil on my own because I was bone dry. I took my vehicle back to the shop they were very accommodating and tightly secured the filter and put in ONE QUART of oil. Also there was no form of compensation or anything. I mentioned what about at least half off an oil change they agreed. Fast-forward to six days later and I’m having to purchase a whole 6 quarts of oil because there’s no oil Again.

I don’t think I’ve ever had such a solid experience at an auto shop. I came here on a whim with a Groupon for oil change because I was sick of Valvoline prices going up. You do need to make an appt here and it took about an hour but honestly it was well worth it. I wasn’t upsold on anything, a few things were mentioned but no pressure whatsoever to address anything urgently. What really sealed the deal for me here was that a few days later, my check engine and maintenance lights came on and off randomly for about a week. I brought it back in and they scanned the code right there as I pulled up and figured out it was a sensor malfunctioning. It wasn’t related to the oil change but they still didn’t charge me the $135 diagnostic fee. Gilbert offered to clean off the sensor and test drive after, which did the trick! I had left my car there about 3 hours for the cleaning AND he test drive it 10 miles in rush hour traffic! And still didn’t charge for that. I was floored. This place knows how to treat customers/people. The hassle of making an appt or waiting a little longer for an oil change is such a fair trade off for being able to trust the person looking at your car. The waiting room is comfy and clean anyway! This is definitely where I’d take my car for any needs in the future, I’m so happy to have found them!
