This place is AMAZING. They worked with me from the beginning and made sure we had an awesome (but quick) experience here. I called at like 8am as soon as they opened because I had a Groupon to get an oil change with them and was planning on leaving town early tomorrow morning. I knew it might not work out for today as it was last minute but THANKFULLY Brian was incredibly helpful and was able to squeeze us in by 8:30am. We were so thankful! They were incredibly kind, Brian was super helpful and friendly right from the jump, and Kin was great with our van. He had our oil change done ASAP. I also think it's worth mentioning that, as a woman, it can be frustrating to deal with auto centers. IYKYK. But like I mentioned, Brian was awesome. Very friendly and spoke directly to me, instead of dismissing me to speak with my husband instead, as many mechanics and auto shop employees tend do. So I very much appreciated that aspect of our experience here. They also have a nice air conditioned lobby with a couple sofas to chill while you wait for your vehicle. Much nicer than some others I've been to in this area! And on top of all that, they hooked it up! Our van holds just a bit more oil than what the Groupon covered so they just allowed us to pay the difference to fill it up and it ended up being less than $10. Made it very convenient for us. Over all, I got in at about 8:30am, last minute as hell, got a super quick oil change just in time for our trip and was out by 9:30am. It wouldn't have been possible without these guys!

Stopped in for an oil change and honestly had a great experience! The shop had a really welcoming vibe, and Brian had great customer service—friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. The service was fast, the pricing was totally reasonable, and I felt taken care of from the moment I walked in. Definitely coming back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone!

I just came back from my oil change and Brian really helped me out when it came to getting the proper care and requirements needed for my car. He quotes you a set price and gives necessary advice to prolong the life of your car. My car hasn’t drive this smooth in a while, 10/10 recommend! They also do body work on your vehicle and believe me the prices are worth it. Will be returning to fix my windshield & bummer w/ a paint job!

Helix Auto Center continues to be the absolute best shop for auto repair! I trust them for their accurate diagnostics, their friendly and helpful attitude, fair pricing, and expert repair skill. Brian and Sevan (owner) are great at running the business and determining what repairs are needed and will test drive before and after repair to ensure a job well done. They are friendly and thorough and communicate with the techs so they can focus only on repairs needed. All the techs are highly credentialed and updated in their craft. This is evidenced not only by the wall of certifications hung on the office wall…but translates to how well my vehicle performs after repair. I use Helix for ALL MY REPAIRS and never go to the dealer!!! Repair Tech named Rey quickly and expertly replaced my front wheel bearings, an issue that caused me a lot of anxiety and worry because my car had an increasing grinding noise. I waited in their clean and air conditioned waiting area and drove off with the issue resolved and confidence restored. They honor Groupon discounts and also have a full service auto body and paint service I plan on taking advantage of soon. Give them a shot the next time you need any repair. Skip the dealer, save money, and keep your car running at its best!

My car couldn’t stay running and I had “check charging system” on my Ford Taurus. I tow’d my car into Helix Auto Center. Brian was super helpful and was able to fix it and it’s been running great ever since. Highly recommend coming here.

I enjoyed my experience with Helix Auto. When I got my car aligned … they figured out the lower control arms were loose and they tightened everything up and did the alignment again for free. Brian, who is GREAT at his job, walked me through it and Angelo got my car dialed in. They showed me everything they did to the car when it was on the rack. I will definitely use them again for my auto needs. Thanks Helix!
