Gilberto specifically was very helpful when I got my oil changed. My car is used but newer to me and needed full synthetic but he explained the Groupon I got was the synthetic blend and wasn't right for my year/model. He professionally handled the price difference and transaction. Throughout the appointment he showed excellent customer service by explaining to me that they observed an oil leak - he definitely was not obligated to explain it and show me with the patience that he did! His work and communication made a huge difference, since sometimes I don't trust autobody shops. He gave me a quote for services to repair and clean the leak. I checked with reddit mechanics 😂 and they agreed the labor and parts quote was reasonable. Thank you!!

Came for an oil change, they are pretty quick. My baby is running smoothly again, thank youuu! I don’t remember any of the staff members names but they were all very kind, and they have comfy couches if you decide to wait around for your oil change.
