Helix Auto Center is the best shop in town! I have been bringing my cars here for years and they are always welcoming and friendly. This is the only shop I bring my cars to. Brian and Sevan in the office are always honest and upfront about any work that is being done. Their techs are all great, especially Reyman, and they are fast, efficient and always do exceptional work. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

I stopped by near closing time and was greeted by Brian, he informed me they were almost closing, but asked what service I needed- I stated an oil change, he briefly spoke to a technician Ray and were amazing and took my car in immediately. I was out of there in no time.

One of the best mechanic shops I've been to in San Diego. They are very friendly, very upfront, and to the point. I know my vehicle and luckily I know a thing or two about vehicles. So, I must share they didn't try to overwhelm me with more unnecessary work. Though they offered suggestions; it was to share exactly what can be done to keep my car running more efficiently. Brian was phenomenal. He knew I was on a time crunch and he was both the administrator and partial mechanic, but Imad was my mechanic for my service needs and he was fantastic too!! Also, Najeeb was great with the initial greeting into the shop. Overall fantastic shop. Thank you for the quality service.

Do not trust these guys with your vehicle. They either have no idea what they are doing or they are very good crooks. Brought my vehicle there for the heads they did an engine replacement. They charged 20 hours of labor. 2 days after I picked up the vehicle many error codes popped on the dash. Took it back to them Transmission replacement. 2 days after picking it up again engine is violently shaking while idle. Now they claim its the catalytic converters. Pulled the Vin one owner before me low miles and no mechanical issues. BBB should investigate these guys. Definitely seeking legal action. This is not a mistake it is your business my name was not used during your service. All I said are facts.

This is honestly the best place to go for your car. As a woman it can be difficult to find a reliable place to bring your car. & very fair pricing! Brian at the front desk is always so helpful and thorough—The whole team is always transparent as can be. Rey is the tech that took care of my oil change today, and he is so kind and funny. He took care of everything quickly, and Angelo took over to finish the job. Great place to go. Send your family & friends—you’ll be glad you did.

Great customer service! Brian showed me the parts that needed repair, which most shops don’t take the time to do. In and out the same day for three repairs. Will definitely keep bringing my car to this shop for future repairs!
