Do not take your car here, I went in to get my alignment done, no other issues. I go to pick up my Jeep then they show me a hole in my radiator. Never saw any leaking before or had lights going off but I saw where he showed me some leakage between the radiators sealing. Ok, I pay to get that fixed and leave. Not even a day later my traction control light is on, something is up with my suspension now. Which also was never an issue before, we take it off roading, driven up and down the state. The suspension shouldn’t just mess up after an alignment. Took it back to them and they didn’t know why, and wanted to get back under the car. I left took it someplace else and my side mirrors stopped working and they found my wires like the photo below. These wires do not look like the result of normal wear and tear. I gave them the benefit of the doubt so many times but I can’t deny evidence something is wrong when more and more things keep happening every time you go here.
Hello Russell, Thank you for reaching out. We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your vehicle. Please note that taking a vehicle off-roading can lead to suspension wear or damage over time. We're glad you attached a photo — it appears to show a door wiring harness. From the image, it looks like some of the wires may be pinched due to the door opening and closing, which is a common issue unrelated to our previous repairs. Additionally, the radiator replacement we performed would not affect the components you've mentioned. We’re more than happy to help you diagnose and address any new concerns with your vehicle, but based on what you've described and provided, these issues do not appear to be related to the work we previously completed. But we will still help you if you need help. Thank you,
