The oil was 3000 miles which I didn’t like. The man forgot to reset my oil alarm n it showed up on my screen After one month that’s I am due for oil change. I don’t think I will go back there again

The gentlemen at Helix Auto Center did a good job replacing my brakes pads and discs on my 2011 Hyundai Tucson. After about 6 to 8 months, there was an issue with my brakes. I brought it back to the shop and was assured that they would take care of it. After replacing the pads and discs all around, the brakes work perfectly! It was a manufacturing issue. I like to especially thank Gilbert for being knowledgeable about brake issues and confident that the team could resolve the issue.

The Helix team was helpful in facilitating removal of an ABS modulator from my Honda for an external repair and then placing it back, and ensured that the brakes would continue working well. I have also requested some body work related to superficial wear-and-tear. It took some back and forth but in the end, everything got resolved professionally.
