These guys fixed my car within a day and were so understand and kind. I love the service at this place and I would reccomend it to anyone that needs to get service done!

I went in for an oil change. And had to pay over $400 to another mechanic to fix the damage that was done to my car at Helix Auto Center. They do shoddy work and if not intentionally damage your car then by ignorance mess it up. I will never take my car there again and would urge others not to as well.

We have advised you when you came in that your vehicle had a check engine light on, what we did was simple oil change that we only have to drain your vehicle oil and filter, we always show our customers when we do a complimentary inspection the condition of the vehicle. We notified you that someone has done prior repairs on vehicles wiring. SO THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH US. THANK YOU

A few days ago my breaks were making an awful sound when I left for work. My husband usually takes care of our car issues. Since this couldn't wait I had to take it in myself which I was very nervous about. My husband said "these guys are super cool don't worry." As soon as I pulled up Frank came right out and ask me what was going on? He immediately heard my breaks and said pull up! It was already 4:30pm and I believe they close at 6:00. They were very busy but still managed to get my car seen less then 30 minutes later. Frank was on the phone in minutes looking for the parts they needed. His guy went to 3 different places and found what they needed at the last place. They got to work right away and actually stayed open late just to finish my car so I would have it for work the next day! I can't say enough about how thankful and impressed I was with him and his crew. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Helix Auto Center to anyone who is looking for a friendly and honest place to take their car to. Thank you Frank and Helix Auto!!

I got an oil change and tune up. These guys were great. When I needed an additional hose replaced, they took me outside to my car, showed me what was wrong, & why I should replace it. I really appreciated that. Will definitely be back for any other maintenance my car needs.
