I have been going here for all my car’s needs for the past several years, the staff is friendly and communicative. They have helped me keep my car in great shape and have assisted me with all my repairs, both minor and major.

I recently had the pleasure of getting my oil changed at Helix Auto Center , and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail exhibited by the staff truly exceeded my expectations.The team was incredibly friendly and welcoming. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine desire to assist me. They promptly explained the available oil change options, guiding me through the process and answering all my questions patiently. The service itself was exceptional. The technicians were clearly well-trained and knowledgeable about their craft. They handled my vehicle with utmost care and precision, ensuring that every step of the oil change was performed meticulously. I appreciated their focus on quality workmanship and commitment to maintaining my car's optimal performance. One aspect that particularly impressed me was the speed and efficiency of the service. The oil change was completed in a surprisingly short time, without compromising on the thoroughness of the job.

Super glad I found Helix Auto. I had to have my oil changed while I had my two small kids with me. The waiting area is cozy, they were kind to my kids, and the oil change was pretty quick. They also gave me a quote for my collision damage and ordered a replacement headlight for me. I never felt pressured to pay for unnecessary services. Patient, kind and experienced people run this place. They do it all and I'll definitely be taking my car here for any services I need while we're living in San Diego.

The team here has taken really great care of me and my Tesla. I brought my Tesla Model 3 in to swap my two rear tires since we are awaiting a new set of custom wheels. I consider myself to be a very detail oriented person and maybe even picky, especially when it comes to any work done to my car. When I brought my car in, I also had the tires I’d be replacing them with not knowing one tire had been left out in the box with the recent rain and the acoustic foam had absorbed a bit of water (I know, very dumb of me not to check prior to bringing them over and totally my fault). The team there kept trying to balance the wheel for about an hour…rebooting the system that measures the balance, adding and removing weights, and still no luck. Luckily I had an extra tire at home that I brought back for them to install…and just like that, problem was fixed! These guys were honest with their price and didn’t want to change the price on me even after the issue that was completely my wrong. I love supporting small business owners who are honest and these guys definitely have my future business. Although I don’t have much service that is needed on my Tesla, I know I can trust these guys in case I do need them for brakes, wheels, tires etc. They even do some bodywork! I highly recommend this family owned and operated small business to anyone who needs any mechanical work on their vehicle. Thanks guys!
