This is not your garden variety repair/alignment shop. This is an experience in excellent customer service and quality workmanship! Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by Brian (one of the managers), he invited us into a clean and organized shop environment. He promptly took my car in and began working on the alignment, and in less than a jiffy I was back on the road with a reasonable price and a quality alignment job. In a climate of customer service apathy, I was beyond pleasantly surprised by the Helix Auto Center and Brian and Steven. Thank you so much!

I initially went to Helix Auto Center for an oil change and a front end alignment. I was driving to Northern California the next day and needed to be sure that my Toyota Sienna was up for the journey. Bria, Sevan and Ray started to work almost immediately and promised that my car would be ready in around 1pm. An hour later, Brian broke the news to me that my car was in need of additional service as well. He showed me that the rack & pinion steering was failing, my oil pan was leaking and my brakes were metal to metal. It was imperative that I be in Monterey the following day and I expected to hear that the repairs would mean that my car wouldnt be ready in time. Much to my surprise and delight, they expedited the work on my car and completed the repairs by closing time. These guys are excellent mechanics, they work hard, and they genuinely care about their customers. I will not hesitate to use their services in the future.
