This is my second time bringing my Kia Soul to Helix Auto Center + I’m so glad I did. My engine light had turned on and the car was running “limp”. As a single woman, the mechanics and staff made me feel safe and explained the information very well. In this day and age, having honest individuals is so important! These guys are really amazing! I first found them three years ago randomly calling shops for an estimate with a newly-bought-old-car. They not only checked it out for free but gave me an honest opinion and an estimate that was lower than other places. Recently I came back with a newely-bought-newer-car and they were fast and efficient with all the repairs, they did everything in one day, when other guy told me he would need 2-3 days to fix it. They are always nice and friendly and treat you like a family. Maybe that's because it's a family owned business :) Overall, there is 5 stars on everything at this shop, from atmosphere to quality and pricing!
