Sevan and the team were incredibly helpful, assisting with the insurance process, arranging a rental car, and repairing all the damage. They even paid for my rental out of pocket (temporarily, until insurance reimbursement) to ensure repairs were done as quickly as possible. On top of that, they went above and beyond, fixing minor imperfections that weren’t required. After visiting several body shops in the past, this is the first time I’ve felt truly valued—like part of the family. I highly recommend this shop for their exceptional service and care.
